App not loading or crashing

If the DESIRIY app is not loading or keeps crashing, try these steps in order:

1. Check your internet connection. Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to test.

2. Force-close the app and reopen it.

3. Check if there is a platform incident at desiriy.com/status.

4. Clear the app cache. On Android: Settings > Apps > DESIRIY > Clear Cache. On iOS: reinstall the app.

5. Update the app to the latest version from the Play Store or App Store.

6. Restart your device.
